Introducing Fitment Profiles in Kyozou
Save time and streamline your workflow by creating Fitment Profiles in Kyozou! With Fitment Profiles, you can easily apply saved fitments to similar items, simplifying product management.
How to Create a New Fitment Profile
- Navigate to the Fitment section.
- Click the “Add Fitment Profile” button.
- Enter a name for your profile and click “Create New Profile”.
- Add the desired fitments for your product.
- The new profile will now appear in the Fitment Profile dropdown menu.
- Save the product to complete the setup.
Next time you access this product, the saved profile will be ready in the dropdown for quick selection.
Creating a Profile from Existing Fitments
- Go to the Fitment section of a product with existing fitments.
- Click “Add Fitment Profile”.
- In the popup window:
- Enter a name for your profile.
- Check the box labeled “Assign existing fitments to the new fitment profile”.
- Click “Create New Profile”.
- Save the product.
The existing fitments are now part of a reusable profile, ready to be assigned to other products.
How to Assign a Fitment Profile to a Product
- Open the product you want to assign a profile to.
- Scroll down to the Fitment section.
- Use the dropdown menu or the Search button to locate and select a profile.
- Save the product.
Once listed on eBay, the product will use the fitments associated with the assigned profile.
Assigning Profiles Using Excel
ProductID | FitmentProfile |
ProductID: Use the ProductID you’d like to assign a profile to.
FitmentProfile: Each fitment profile has a number assigned to it in brackets, that will be the number you use to import back into Kyozou.
