Kyozou allows you to connect a number of preferred and popular shipping services with your Kyozou account. This step-by-step guide will teach you how to connect your FedEx account in Kyozou.
How to setup FedEx settings:
⦁ Go to Administration > Control Panel (click below for more information).
⦁ Go to Step 7 and click on “Shipping Courier Settings”. Under the section “Select carriers and click NEXT “, find the option “FedEx”. Checkmark the box and click “Next Step” (click below for more information).
⦁ If you want a brand new FedEx account, click on the button ‘Register Now’. A pop-up will appear from FedEx website where you are needed to fill your information to create a new account (click below for more information).
⦁ To connect your existing account, enter Account Number and click on ‘Generate Meter Number’. This will provide you with a Meter Number that you have to fill in later.
⦁ Under the section “Carrier Settings”, you MUST select a Printer Type (the type does not matter) to be able to save the settings. You can always use help bubbles to get more information about the other fields (click below for more information).
How to modify FedEx service levels:
⦁ You can choose which FedEx shipping services you want to use in Kyozou by using the ‘Modify Selected Service Levels’ button at bottom of screen. These selected services will be available for both fixed shipping and on process shipments page for calculated shipping (click below for more information).
- FedEx will verify the shipping address in Control Panel Step 2 with what is in your FedEx account. The addresses in both places need to match otherwise the account cannot be connected with Kyozou.
- Your negotiated Rates (discounted rates) will automatically apply as soon as the accounts are verified and connected.
