How To Create A Multilister Product With Variations

In this article, you will learn how to prepare a Multilister product with variations. You can list your product on different venues like eBay, Amazon and eCommerce with variations.


 

Before we start…

Step 1 Make sure you are logged into your Kyozou account. You will see the Kyozou Homepage once you are logged in.

Step 2 Locate Inventory in the navigation menu and choose Add Inventory Item from the drop-down list.

Step 3 Choose Product type- Variation Parent and Reference group  (if unsure, choose later) and click Add product. We are creating a Variation Parent here and we will later create child products (product variations).

Step 4  You will be navigated to the Product Details page.


 

1 Sections

Note: All product details have been divided into different sections like General, Description, Pictures etc. Follow instructions for every section. After you have filled out the sections you need, click “Save all changes” button to save the changes made in all sections. An optional “Save” button has also been provided at the bottom of every section. 


 

1.1 General

This section is used to fill general product information like title, quantity etc.  Product title will become the name of your eCommerce listing. Please note that to use calculated shipping, you are needed to provide “Weight” in this section. For more information about this section, please go to this Link.

1.2 Description

This section is used to fill product description. For more information, please go to this Link.

1.3 Pictures

This section is used to provide images for your product.  For more information, go to this Link.

1.4 References

Choose a reference group for your product. For more information on this section, please go to this Link. If you are not familiar with how to create a reference group, go to this Link.  Fill out the global references as you need. For more information on how to create references, click this Link.

1. 5 Fitment

Use this section to create fitments for your listings. For more information, click on this link.

1.6 Ecom

You can enable this section to list a simple/variation product on eCommerce. For more information, click this link.

1.7 Multilister

Use this section if you want to list your product(s) on multilister. Firstly, you  have to enable venues (for eBay and Amazon) where you want to list the item(s). Venues can be controlled via Control Panel Step 11 in the Multilister section. Once created, all those venues will then appear in the left hand side under ML section. Seller’s account name will appear under every venue.

1.8 Child Products

This is the section where you can create and save your child products.

  • It is recommended to create child products while creating the item. Please go to this link to read about how to create child products.
  • Be sure to click “Save all changes” button to save the child product(s).
  • Go to Inventory < Manage/Search Inventory to find the variation product and the child products. Please note that there will be a parent tag at the top of your variation product.

To save changes in all the sections, click “Save all changes” button.
