Summary

From this page, you can monitor all your auctions and fixed price listings. You can use different filters such as status, folder, warehouse etc. to search for your products. We have also provided a number of options that you can perform on selected listings.

Task Requirements:

• Go to Listings > eBay and click on Listings Overview. You will be navigated to the Listings overview page.
• Every listing (auction or fixed) will be available on this page depending on their status. You can filter out the listings by their respective status, for ex: Active, Pending, Out of Stock.

How to use filters: You can search for an item by using the search field. Use different filters like folders, warehouse, seller accounts, status, type etc. to refine your search results.

• Folder: Choose a folder from the drop-down. All these are existing folders created in control panel step 15.
• Warehouse: Search by warehouse.
• Accounts: Search by different seller accounts.
• Status: Search by different statuses like active, pending, erroneous etc.
• Type: Search by Type like Online auction, fixed price listing etc.

Active Listings: Go to Listings>eBay>Listings Overview>Active Listings to search for your active listings on eBay. Click here to find out the options available for the active listings. 

Pending Listings: Go to Listings>eBay>Listings Overview>Pending Listings to search for your pending listings on eBay. Click here to find out the options available for the active listings. 

Erroneous Listings: Go to Listings>eBay>Listings Overview>Erroneous Listings to search for your pending listings on eBay. Click here to find out the options available for the active listings. 

Out Of Stock Listings: Go to Listings>eBay>Listings Overview>Out of Stock Listings to search for your pending listings on eBay. Click here to find out the options available for the active listings. 

Sold Listings: Go to Listings>eBay>Listings Overview>Sold Listings to search for your pending listings on eBay. Click here to find out the options available for the active listings. 

Unsold Listings: Go to Listings>eBay>Listings Overview>Unsold Listings to search for your pending listings on eBay. Click here to find out the options available for the active listings.
